Executive Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated communications partner for Snowflake's GTM leadership, supporting internal and external initiatives
• Develop polished messaging, talking points, and written communications that reflect leader voices and strategic positioning
• Create thought leadership content including op-eds, bylines, social posts, and long-form narratives
• Support keynote and speaking preparation, including content development and messaging rehearsal
• Build and manage streamlined workflows for executive social media content
• Lead the planning and execution of internal forums to showcase strategic priorities
• Partner with Marketing, PR, and Field Marketing teams to align executive messaging with broader campaigns

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or content strategy
• Experience in enterprise technology or high-growth environments preferred
• Proven track record supporting senior executives with written communications or visibility programs
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adopt different professional voices
• Strong project management and operational skills to build scalable systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Familiarity with B2B technology, GTM strategy, or marketing/sales dynamics is a plus
