About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage executive communications strategy and content cadence for senior leadership, including organizational announcements and strategic internal meetings
- Develop and execute comprehensive external communication strategies, including thought leadership, digital content, and media engagement
- Provide strategic counsel on messaging, tone, and strategy to ensure clarity and impact during critical moments
- Establish and operationalize compelling narratives that reinforce the company's vision and strengthen stakeholder confidence
- Collaborate across Corporate Affairs, Marketing, and Business Units to support integrated communications programs
- Draft authored content to generate earned media stories regarding innovation
Requirements
- BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration
- 10+ years of experience in communications, journalism, or marketing
- Proven experience supporting senior executive leadership
- Superior storytelling, writing, and editing skills with the ability to convey complex ideas
- Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel), Teams, Zoom, and SmartSheets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing social media strategies
- Understanding of AI applications in communications
- Experience working within a large, matrixed organization
