Executive - Communications and Project Management

Responsibilities

• Handle ongoing projects by ensuring all requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track
• Coordinate between strategy, creative, content hub, and production teams
• Plan campaigns, manage resources, and perform quality control until project closure
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans (CPS)
• Prepare status reports and evaluate post-project elements to identify successes and areas for improvement
• Manage project budgets, reporting, and auditing processes
• Facilitate change requests and ensure all stakeholders are informed of impacts on schedule and budget
• Troubleshoot process inefficiencies and manage the outsourcing of freelancers when necessary
• Schedule project-related meetings and allocate tasks to relevant team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, advertising, marketing, or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with project management theory and best practices
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Basecamp
• Experience with budget management and overseeing financial reporting
• Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
