Executive - Commodity Management

Responsibilities

• Support international sourcing requirements and manage RFQs
• Work closely with suppliers on negotiations regarding prices and terms and conditions
• Perform detailed bid analysis and follow up with suppliers to secure competitive quotes
• Ensure item-level information is accurately maintained within the Flex system
• Review and analyze potential cost savings for MPN/Items and mitigate RCIs
• Conduct noncompliance checks on open purchase orders and receipts
• Perform CR exercises to arrest leakage and improve overall CR performance
• Interact frequently with external suppliers, site procurement, and global procurement teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Sourcing
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
