About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical and technical support for neurovascular products and procedures to physicians and support staff
- Manage key accounts and drive market development opportunities within a specified region
- Partner with marketing and clinical education to coordinate physician training, product in-services, and launch events
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with surgeons, nurses, distributors, and key opinion leaders
- Educate clinical staff on product instructions for use, troubleshooting, and clinical data
- Support territory managers in executing sales and marketing programs to achieve revenue targets
- Provide weekend and emergent case support as needed within the assigned territory
Requirements
- High School Diploma and 10+ years of relevant experience, OR
- Associate's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, OR
- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory, including overnight travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in hospital-based operating room or cath lab/IR settings
- Strong project management skills and experience executing marketing programs
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs (product bags)
