Executive Client Service

Responsibilities

• Develop unique communication measures for a renowned automotive client, from strategic planning to operational implementation with a digital focus
• Manage all integrated media activities for assigned campaigns across various specialist departments
• Advise clients on daily business and manage specific inquiries, analyses, presentations, and reporting
• Coordinate campaign management independently, acting as the central point of contact for internal departments, clients, creative agencies, and publishers

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable recommendations
• Deep digital media expertise and ability to advise clients on digital strategy
• Advanced MS Excel skills for analysis and control, and solid PowerPoint skills for presentations
• Proven project management competence with the ability to coordinate multiple work packages
• Technical digital knowledge including measurement instances, data sources, tracking (pixels), and CDPs
• Foundational knowledge in Search and programmatic advertising (Open Auction, PMP, DSPs)
• Understanding of Social Media platforms and optimization measures
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
