Executive, Claims

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex life insurance claims to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability
• Provide guidance and support to the claims team during the processing lifecycle
• Build and maintain professional relationships with policyholders, brokers, and attorneys
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to claims processing
• Participate in the development and implementation of project strategies and initiatives
• Maintain accurate claims records and prepare necessary reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in claims management within the life insurance industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant industry laws, regulations, and standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software
