Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across residential dining and high-volume catering services for 500+ daily diners and events up to 1,200 guests.
• Design and implement seasonal, rotating menus supporting local sourcing and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage multi-unit financial performance, including P&L responsibility, food and labor cost control, and budget compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of associates and kitchen leadership through mentoring and training.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and sanitation standards (ServSafe/HACCP).
• Oversee quality assurance to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.

Requirements

• Culinary expertise in high-volume food production and catering operations.
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting and multi-unit P&L oversight.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with inventory systems and operational analytics platforms.
• ServSafe Manager certification standards.
