Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
• Develop flavors and culinary experiences that exceed guest expectations
• Maintain high standards of ingredient quality and creativity
• Manage budgets and inventory as part of the management team
• Ensure guest satisfaction and smooth kitchen operations
• Guarantee compliance with HACCP guidelines and legal requirements
• Document processes for internal and external audits

Requirements

• Several years of professional culinary experience, ideally in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and management skills with a hands-on mentality
• Proficiency in German and good command of English
• High service orientation and passion for gastronomy
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and recommendations
• High personal integrity and resilience in a performance-oriented environment
• Proficiency with digital tools and new systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
