Executive Chef

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team with a hands-on approach, maintaining composure and excellence in high-pressure situations
• Develop innovative flavors and culinary concepts to exceed guest expectations and create unforgettable dining experiences
• Manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and stock levels as an integral member of the management team
• Ensure strict adherence to all HACCP guidelines and legal hygiene regulations, documenting processes for audits
• Maintain high standards of food quality and ingredient presentation
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing kitchen culture

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in a kitchen environment, ideally in a leadership or management role
• Proven leadership and management skills with a strong hands-on mentality
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure environments
• Deep knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of service orientation
