Responsibilities
- Manage all shipboard food preparation and execution of menus
- Maintain high culinary standards within established budgetary limitations
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and recipe execution to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to strict guidelines regarding food costs and company policy
- Train and lead culinary team members to ensure consistent product execution
- Report directly to the Hotel Director
Requirements
- Proven experience in culinary management or as a Chef de Cuisine
- Ability to manage large teams (up to 62 reports)
- Strong understanding of food cost control and budgetary management
- Experience in high-volume or luxury hospitality environments
