About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the culinary direction and overall kitchen operations for Yubi in Dubai
- Design and implement innovative menus that create exceptional dining experiences
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes
- Control food costs, inventory, and kitchen wastage to ensure profitability
- Maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate with management to align culinary offerings with brand identity
Requirements
- Proven experience in culinary leadership roles, preferably in high-end dining
- Extensive expertise in menu development and culinary innovation
- Strong background in kitchen operations management and team leadership
- Deep understanding of food cost control and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
