Executive Chauffeur Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Executive Chauffeur team and coordinate all transportation needs.
• Organize safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for senior leaders and board members.
• Manage the company's car fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in exceptional operating condition.
• Handle contracts and agreements with external transportation providers.
• Carry out general travel assignments, including work outside regular business hours.

Requirements

• Fully qualified/licensed professional chauffeur with all required CH Driving Permits (BPT/121).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in VIP transportation, limousine services, or hospitality.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Clean criminal record and a highly reliable, discreet, and polite personality.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of the Zurich Headquarters.
