Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and documentation
- Track and follow through on CEO priorities, action items, and decisions across teams
- Support cross-functional projects across HR, Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates, align timelines, and unblock execution issues
- Handle administrative tasks including data tracking, reporting, and workflow organization
- Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies and propose practical solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, or HR coordination
- Strong spreadsheet and documentation skills (Google Sheets, Excel, Docs)
- Ability to track multiple tasks and follow up across different teams
- Clear written communication skills for internal updates and recaps
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
