Executive Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Translate executive priorities into coordinated action across teams
• Build scalable operating rhythms and systems to improve organizational clarity
• Manage complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts for multiple leaders
• Plan and organize comprehensive international travel itineraries
• Process and manage expense reports in adherence to company policies
• Assist in planning and executing team offsites and strategic events
• Serve as a key point of contact for HQ executives visiting Korea

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a cross-functional executive assistant or similar support role
• Fluency in both Korean and English
• Proven experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously
• Experience working in a tech startup or high-growth environment
• Experience collaborating across APAC markets and with U.S.-based HQ teams
• High cross-cultural EQ and ability to tailor communication for diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Exceptional discretion and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
