Executive Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics for leaders across OpenAI for Government and Global Affairs
• Coordinate high-stakes engagements including interagency meetings, secure briefings, and site visits
• Act as an execution lead for major events, government workshops, and customer meetings
• Serve as a strategic operations partner to the National Security team, tracking priorities and driving follow-through
• Build and scale strategic processes, including annual planning calendars and team information architecture
• Facilitate seamless coordination between cross-functional teams including Product, Research, Legal, and Security
• Manage onboarding materials and track headcount growth needs

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in an executive support role or similar function
• 5 years of experience managing complex scheduling and logistics with senior government, defense, or international leaders
• Experience navigating agency systems, protocols, and handling sensitive information
• Proven track record of working with multiple leaders simultaneously
• Experience in a high-growth startup or similar fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Ability to build operational systems from the ground up
