Executive Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Translate executive priorities into coordinated action across teams and build scalable operating rhythms.
• Manage highly dynamic calendars and complex international travel itineraries for the GM of Korea and Global Affairs APAC executive.
• Coordinate internal meetings, including scheduling, forecasting, and resolving conflicts across multiple time zones.
• Serve as a key point of contact for HQ executives visiting Korea, managing local context, logistics, and schedules.
• Handle internal and external communications, tailoring messages for diverse audiences ranging from government officials to customers.
• Process expense reports and assist in the planning and execution of team offsites and strategic events.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a cross-functional executive assistant or similar support role.
• Full fluency in both Korean and English.
• Proven experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously.
• Experience working within a tech startup or a similarly high-growth, ambiguous environment.
• Experience collaborating across APAC markets and with U.S.-based headquarters.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and modern productivity software.
• Exceptional discretion and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
