Executive Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide direct executive support to the CMO and manage the operational cadence of the Marketing organization
• Prepare and consolidate materials, decks, and briefing materials for key meetings
• Track action items and decisions from leadership meetings to drive accountability
• Coordinate logistics for team events, all-hands meetings, and board preparation cycles
• Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CMO, triaging inbound requests
• Manage the CMO's calendar with a focus on prioritization and time protection
• Attend selected meetings to capture notes, action items, and risks
• Resolve complex scheduling conflicts and logistical challenges independently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, business partner, or project coordination role supporting senior leaders
• Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel, and events
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools like Slack
• Ability to travel up to 20%

• Experience supporting C-suite leaders in fast-paced environments
• Curiosity and experimentation with AI tools for productivity
• Basic data analysis skills using spreadsheets and dashboards
