Executive Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement operational structures to optimize executive leadership effectiveness
• Deploy advanced AI workflows and automation to manage scheduling, communications, and logistical datasets
• Act as a strategic liaison between leadership and internal pillars such as Finance, People, and Legal
• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for major corporate initiatives, culture projects, and global offsites
• Mentor the wider administrative community by establishing best practices and operational standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct executive business partnership or corporate program management experience
• Systems-level AI proficiency, including experience applying LLMs and workflow automation to business processes
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with diplomacy and discretion
• Strong understanding of corporate policy, including procurement, expense management, and compliance
• Exceptional ability to manage dual-track priorities, balancing high-touch support with large-scale projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise-grade automation loops and bespoke executive communication tools
• Ability to audit AI-generated assets for tone, context, and accuracy
• Track record of converting manual operational bottlenecks into scalable, automated workflows
• Experience serving as an executive surrogate in high-pressure or external-facing environments
