About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft press releases, Q&As, and key message documents
- Monitor media and market intelligence to share with clients and teams
- Leverage in-house AI tools to manage workload and deliverables
- Contribute to brainstorms and pitch preparation
- Produce high-quality client account deliverables and strategic research
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external clients
- Prepare reporter backgrounders and curate media lists
- Identify media and visibility opportunities for clients
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in capital markets and issues impacting U.S. public companies
- Problem-solving and client service mentality
- Ability to multitask in a high-performance environment
- Discretion with confidential client matters
- Knowledge of Factiva, Bloomberg, or other research resources is a plus

- Base pay range of $70,000-$80,000
