Executive - Biotechnology

Responsibilities

• Lead downstream process development for large molecules, including recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies.
• Operate and manage chromatographic systems and TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration) systems.
• Execute filtration processes and interpret experimental results using standard analytical tools.
• Apply downstream process scale-up principles to R&D projects.
• Interpret complex analytical and process data to drive development.
• Maintain high standards of technical documentation, including BMR, SOPs, and investigational reports.

Requirements

• M.Sc or M.Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry.
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven expertise in downstream process development.
• Proficiency in handling chromatographic and filtration systems.
• Strong understanding of process scale-up and data interpretation.
• Excellent technical writing skills for regulatory and operational documentation.
