About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the CEO’s right hand, managing calendars, meetings, and priorities
- Coordinate high-level communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare impactful presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion
- Manage travel arrangements, scheduling, and executive coordination
- Ensure smooth functioning of the executive office
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior executives (C-level preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presence with high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- European personality/presentation highly preferred
