Executive Assistant to the U.S. Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the U.S. Chief Marketing Officer
• Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize event logistics for town halls and strategy sessions
• Prepare and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Handle travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, while adapting to changing priorities
• Manage departmental expenses, process invoices, and track budgets
• Support tailored messaging by writing, editing, and distributing communications on behalf of the CMO
• Liaise with internal business units and external vendors to manage office requirements and supplies
• Maintain organized filing systems and documentation for business and operational reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an administrative or professional support function
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study
• In-depth verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced collaboration and team skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with discretion
