Executive Assistant to the President & CEO

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the President & CEO, answering inquiries and sourcing information.
• Optimize complex calendars and manage international and domestic travel and accommodations.
• Handle administrative duties including expense reports, appointments, event planning, and reservations for the leadership team.
• Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies and managing office services for the Amsterdam location.
• Perform personal errands and scheduling as directed to support the President & CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Fluency in both English and Dutch.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• High level of multitasking capability and comfort with changing priorities.
• Flexibility for occasional long hours and travel.
• Ability to work in the office full-time in Weesp, Amsterdam.
• Previous C-level or senior support experience is a plus.
• Position is subject to background checks.
