Executive Assistant to the Management

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective organizational and administrative relief for the management
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on appointments, meetings, and business trips
• Prepare, create, and revise presentations, reports, and decision-making documents
• Handle internal and external communication and document processing
• Act as a central communication interface between operational management, departments, and stakeholders
• Coordinate and track projects and support the implementation of operational measures
• Participate in management meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and responsibility

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar
• Several years of professional experience in an assistant role or similar support function at management level
• Strong skills in creating presentations, reports, and decision documents
• Experience in project-based work or project management environments
• Strong organizational and coordination talent
• High reliability, discretion, and ability to prioritize
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
