About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, professional administrative support to the Dean, managing complex calendars and prioritizing assignments.
- Coordinate the flow of communication, including drafting, editing, and finalizing correspondence, reports, and meeting materials.
- Manage Dean's Office operations, including supervising administrative support staff and ensuring operational consistency.
- Act as a primary liaison for the Dean's Office, interacting with university leadership, students, alumni, and corporate executives.
- Manage travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and expense reporting.
- Serve as a project manager for special initiatives, such as organizing special events and coordinating large-scale presentations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with extreme discretion and quick decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of directly related executive administrative experience supporting top-level leaders or executives.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and various database and calendar management technologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to provide high-level customer service to diverse constituents.
