Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and administer daily office operations, including the design and maintenance of filing systems
• Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Arrange logistics for meetings, including facilities, meals, and lodging
• Prepare statistical and financial data reports as requested
• Assist with insurance renewal coverage by gathering campus-wide exposure data
• Act as a liaison between various university units and the CFO's office
• Train and supervise student workers
• Provide support to Independent Auditors in accordance with university policy

Requirements

• Associate's degree or 3-4 years of secretarial experience
• At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain the highest level of ethics and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
