About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the President’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and executive priorities
- Provide anticipatory calendar management by proactively assessing scheduling priorities and identifying potential conflicts
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to coordinate executive priorities, strategic initiatives, and leadership activities
- Serve as the lead Executive Assistant for the organization, providing guidance and coordination for other administrative professionals
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reports
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, briefing materials, and executive communications
- Serve as a liaison between the President, leadership team, employees, customers, and external partners
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism
- Track action items and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion of key initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate work experience
- 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in senior administrative support or office services
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams)
- Proven experience in complex calendar management and travel coordination
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $57,000 to $75,000 annually
