About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex agendas and appointment coordination for the COO and CFO, including interactions with the Richemont Group
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting preparation and minute-taking
  • Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements, including visa formalities and expense reports
  • Organize and coordinate events, workshops, team activities, and internal/external visits
  • Create PowerPoint presentations, strategy documents, analyses, and reports
  • Draft communications and create Intranet articles for the department
  • Serve as the DocuSign Administrator and act as a point of contact for various team projects

Requirements

  • Commercial education with a Swiss Federal Diploma as a Management Assistant (eidg. FA)
  • Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a creative and dynamic environment
  • Profound proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint
  • Fluency in German and English is required
  • Hands-on, proactive, and independent working style with high flexibility
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Further training in Digital Office Management or a similar field
  • Proficiency in French
