About the role
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage the CEO’s fluid calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, proactively managing changes and conflicts
- Screen and prioritize a high volume of correspondence, resolving problems and making appropriate referrals
- Provide support and advice to the CEO and Chief of Staff on projects and solutions to challenges
- Plan and manage logistics for leadership offsite events, social gatherings, and speaking engagements
- Prepare the CEO for meetings by sourcing information, developing briefs, and ensuring agendas are provided
- Assist with strategic initiatives, special projects, and budget tracking
- Execute projects by working with stakeholders to identify deliverables and incorporate timelines into the CEO's workflow
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant
- Expertise working with the Google suite of tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience communicating and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Experience working in a deadline-driven and highly accountable environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a C-suite executive
- Experience working within a public company
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
