About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle HR tasks including employer branding, recruitment planning, and employee engagement
- Manage administrative duties, office equipment, and company events
- Execute sales development through lead generation, outbound channels, and pipeline management
- Support the CEO & COO with market research, competitor analysis, and local authority dealings
- Coordinate with subcontractors for accounting and tax matters
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Willingness to work occasional night shifts to support different time zones
