Responsibilities

• Own and optimize complex calendars for the Head of Sales and senior sales leaders
• Triage inbound requests and safeguard leadership time using clear prioritization principles
• Coordinate domestic and international travel end-to-end
• Manage sensitive and confidential matters including pipeline data and compensation information
• Serve as a liaison across sales leadership, GTM teams, and external partners
• Track initiatives, action items, and cross-functional dependencies
• Support planning and execution of sales offsites, team events, and QBRs
• Assist with vendor coordination, subscriptions, and operational logistics

Requirements

• 2+ years supporting sales leaders, C-level executives, or founders
• Startup experience strongly preferred
• Advanced calendar management skills with strong prioritization judgment
• Proactive operating style with the ability to anticipate needs
• High attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving priorities
• High technical fluency and enthusiasm for modern tools
• Strong discretion regarding pipeline and revenue data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales or GTM leaders in high-growth tech startups (Series A-C)
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Ashby, Salesforce, or outbound sequencing platforms
