About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO calendar, ensuring correct prioritization and mitigating conflicts
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events
- Facilitate communication within the Executive team and other departments
- Manage domestic and international travel and event logistics
- Uphold high levels of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Assist in drafting and editing documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Plan event logistics for Board meetings in the US
- Work with the Chief of Staff to support strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of administrative experience
- Minimum 3+ years supporting a C-Level executive
- Expert organization with global calendar and travel management
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive documents
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
