About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the CEO's calendar end-to-end including proactive scheduling and conflict resolution
- Schedule business travel including flights, ground transportation, and accommodations
- Act as the external contact point for phone and email support
- Project manage on and off-site meetings and team events
- Provide general administrative support including managing inboxes and maintaining records
- Perform accounts payable processing and expense reimbursements via Coupa
- Handle confidential and sensitive information
- Provide backup office management support as needed
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience supporting executives
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
