About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage overall New York City office operations and ensure a positive experience for employees, guests, candidates, and vendors
- Coordinate with IT, vendors, and building management to maintain smooth office operations
- Manage new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support the People team with HRIS management, employment verifications, and employee data maintenance
- Plan and execute employee-facing events and programs to drive engagement
- Partner with managers to address employee questions and maintain HR workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative, workplace, or office operations experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Proven problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills
