About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director and Operations Excellence Director
  • Improve administrative performance by managing diaries, booking meetings, and preparing reports and presentations
  • Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, HUB meetings, and seasonal hotel events or celebrations
  • Manage complex business travel arrangements for C-Suite and senior leadership, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Coordinate community events, Ramadan activities, and fitness initiatives such as Dubai 30x30
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with high levels of discretion and professionalism
  • Support business travel onboarding and offboarding processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in executive support, operations coordination, or a senior administrative role
  • Experience managing complex diaries, meeting coordination, and documentation for senior leaders
  • Proficiency in managing business travel logistics for C-Suite executives
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with high cultural awareness
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle shifting priorities
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and provide insight-led recommendations
  • Must be an Emirati national (Emiratization role)
