About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including conference calls, video conferences, team training events, and client meetings
- Arrange comprehensive travel bookings, itineraries, and visa coordination
- Support office administration by ordering supplies, handling mail, and managing conference logistics
- Coordinate with facility management and IT support to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist in coordinating Perth office client marketing events
- Coordinate the production of professional presentation and report materials
- Assist with finance management, including the processing of invoices and expenses
Requirements
- Successful administrative experience within a fast-paced, large enterprise environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask seamlessly
- Ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A flexible, adaptable, and proactive "can-do" attitude
- Comfort interacting with colleagues at all levels, from Graduates to senior bankers
