Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO to manage complex, multi-timezone calendars
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board meetings and investor calls
- Own end-to-end travel logistics, accommodations, and expense reporting
- Triage C-Suite email and draft responses
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and facilities needs
- Own office supply and inventory management
- Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics including workspace and equipment setup
- Plan and execute company events, offsites, and culture programming
- Manage onsite visitor experience and VIP hospitality
- Manage branded merchandise and swag programs
Requirements
- Experience managing complex executive calendars and travel logistics
- Proficiency with Outlook, JIRA, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to manage office operations and vendor relationships
- Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills
