About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to select C-level executives, including complex calendar management, travel, and meeting preparation.
- Own the daily operations, readiness, and functionality of the Boston office, ensuring a productive environment for collaboration.
- Manage office vendors, building relationships, supplies, and service providers to ensure seamless onsite logistics.
- Oversee the Return to Office (RTO) implementation by coordinating leadership presence, anchor days, and visiting teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, triaging inquiries to People Ops, IT, or Finance as needed.
- Coordinate leadership offsites, board-related logistics, and key in-person events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in office operations, executive support, workplace operations, or business operations roles.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with sound judgment and professional discretion.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning office operations or workplace programs, including facilities management.
- Experience supporting hybrid or return-to-office environments.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and office/operational budgets.
- Prior exposure to People Ops or HR partnership.
