About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairperson’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and presentations
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the Chairperson
- Act as a liaison between the Chairperson and internal/external stakeholders
- Plan and organize domestic and international travel itineraries and logistics
- Draft and proofread letters, reports, and official documents
- Manage procurement of gifts for vendors, clients, and visitors
- Coordinate office events, celebrations, and property launches
- Maintain confidential records and manage sensitive information with absolute discretion
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Proven experience supporting a Chairperson, CEO, MD, or senior executive
- Previous professional experience working in the UAE is required
- Fluency in both English and Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
