About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairperson’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and presentations
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the Chairperson
  • Act as a liaison between the Chairperson and internal/external stakeholders
  • Plan and organize domestic and international travel itineraries and logistics
  • Draft and proofread letters, reports, and official documents
  • Manage procurement of gifts for vendors, clients, and visitors
  • Coordinate office events, celebrations, and property launches
  • Maintain confidential records and manage sensitive information with absolute discretion

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proven experience supporting a Chairperson, CEO, MD, or senior executive
  • Previous professional experience working in the UAE is required
  • Fluency in both English and Hindi
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
