About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities for the Office of the Dean for the LMU-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM)
- Train, develop, and manage administrative assistants supporting various departmental deans
- Manage and reconcile procurement card accounts and financial requests for the Dean's office
- Organize and manage special events, dignitary engagements, and stakeholder meetings
- Support the Campus Dean in preparing and analyzing departmental information and budget proposals
- Manage the Campus Dean's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain strict confidentiality on processing documents and University matters
- Supervise support staff for accreditation visits, graduation, and white coat ceremonies
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in an executive administrative level
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college education in a related field of study
