About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including organizing and tracking processes related to DLD and internal events
- Coordinate with the Board of Directors and accounting assistant to manage documentation and record submissions
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and manage logistics for internal events
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Chamber laws and track all regulatory requirements
- Act as the primary liaison between members, DLD, event partners, and other key stakeholders
- Prioritize tasks and track deadlines to ensure all compliance and event timelines are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail regarding documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in property management or compliance-related roles
- Familiarity with compliance tracking software
- Experience managing stakeholder relations in a professional environment
