About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced tactical and strategic administrative support to upper-level executives.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments to resolve conflicts.
- Coordinate all aspects of executive travel, including international trips, visa applications, and budget management.
- Act as a gatekeeper for communications, screening calls and emails and drafting responses on behalf of executives.
- Prepare and edit executive presentations, detailed meeting agendas, and statistical/analytic reports.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict discretion and adherence to protocols.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
- Supervise entry-level executive assistants or administrative support staff.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate work experience.
- 8+ years of related work experience, preferably in senior administrative support or office services.
- Proven experience in advanced administrative support and calendar management.
- Proficiency in travel coordination and expense reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience using SAP Concur for travel and invoice management.
- Strong digital fluency and ability to generate analytic reports.
