About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced tactical and strategic administrative support to upper-level executives
- Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments
- Handle all aspects of executive travel, including international trips and visa applications
- Act as a gatekeeper for communications, screening calls and emails on behalf of executives
- Prepare and edit executive presentations, expense reports, and detailed meeting agendas
- Maintain key records and compile data for statistical and analytic reports
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict discretion
- Coordinate administrative work across departments and supervise entry-level support staff
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate work experience
- 8+ years of related work experience, preferably in senior administrative support
- Proven experience in executive calendar and travel management
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and SAP Concur
- Strong organizational, communication, and digital fluency skills
