About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain household organization systems for closets, pantry, and storage
  • Perform daily resets and light tidying to ensure a clean environment
  • Lead setup and organization of a new home upon move-in
  • Manage laundry, including washing, ironing, and care for delicate fabrics
  • Handle personal shopping, gift selection, and clothing styling advice
  • Oversee vendors including cleaners, landscapers, and home repair services
  • Manage household expenditures and prepare monthly budget summaries
  • Coordinate family schedules and provide light childcare assistance as needed
  • Assist with meal prep, grocery shopping, and kitchen organization

Requirements

  • Experience in private household management or as an executive assistant
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong English language skills (Ukrainian, Polish, or French is a plus)
  • Ability to sign an NDA and undergo a background check
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel occasionally
  • Comfortable working in a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
  • Tech-savvy with experience managing complex calendars
  • Ability to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality
