About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain household organization systems for closets, pantry, and storage
- Perform daily resets and light tidying to ensure a clean environment
- Lead setup and organization of a new home upon move-in
- Manage laundry, including washing, ironing, and care for delicate fabrics
- Handle personal shopping, gift selection, and clothing styling advice
- Oversee vendors including cleaners, landscapers, and home repair services
- Manage household expenditures and prepare monthly budget summaries
- Coordinate family schedules and provide light childcare assistance as needed
- Assist with meal prep, grocery shopping, and kitchen organization
Requirements
- Experience in private household management or as an executive assistant
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong English language skills (Ukrainian, Polish, or French is a plus)
- Ability to sign an NDA and undergo a background check
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel occasionally
- Comfortable working in a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
- Tech-savvy with experience managing complex calendars
- Ability to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality
