About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the Head of the Turkish office and senior leadership
  • Support day-to-day executive activities through effective coordination, stakeholder management, and collaboration with colleagues
  • Prepare, draft, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and other confidential documentation with high accuracy and discretion
  • Act as a key liaison between the Head of the Turkish office, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication
  • Coordinate expense reconciliations in accordance with company policies
  • Support cross-functional projects and executive initiatives by managing competing priorities in a proactive manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level Executives in fast-paced environments
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or project-related experience
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with senior business units

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within an international environment
  • Proficiency in additional languages
