About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Screen and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes
- Handle confidential information with high professionalism and discretion
- Assist with personal assistant responsibilities including scheduling and errands
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks for Airbnb properties including guest communications and reservations
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and projects
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively resolve issues
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Mac proficiency preferred
- CRM and project management software knowledge preferred
- Experience coordinating short-term rental properties (Airbnb or similar) is a plus
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to travel locally as needed for errands or property responsibilities
