About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Screen and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes
  • Handle confidential information with high professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with personal assistant responsibilities including scheduling and errands
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks for Airbnb properties including guest communications and reservations
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and projects
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively resolve issues

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Mac proficiency preferred
  • CRM and project management software knowledge preferred
  • Experience coordinating short-term rental properties (Airbnb or similar) is a plus
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Ability to travel locally as needed for errands or property responsibilities
