About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support to three senior leaders, including diary management and gatekeeping
- Manage business travel logistics, including visas, itineraries, and expenses
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Executive Team
- Support the circulation of board and leadership packs and follow up on actions
- Organise meetings, off-sites, lunches, dinners, and office events
- Support the smooth running of the UK office and onboarding of senior hires
Requirements
- Proven EA experience supporting C-suite leaders, ideally in tech, SaaS, or growth companies
- High proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft packages
- Ability to work with speed and clarity in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent attention to detail and high-quality work delivery
- Strong communication skills for interacting with senior audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information
- Ability to collaborate effectively with AI tools
