About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Direction by managing, coordinating, and planning administrative and operational activities.
- Develop and prepare reports, presentations, executive notes, and other professional documentation.
- Organize and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and official functions.
- Manage public relations activities, including internal and external organizational communication.
- Track projects and departmental goals by creating weekly or monthly schedules and follow-up plans.
- Handle telephone inquiries and schedule appointments with internal and external clients.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reporting for the area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive assistance, administration, or event coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital applications.
- Basic English language skills.
- Proven experience in public relations and administrative support.
